What Halide Studio does with what you send us. Updated 5 October 2026.
What we collect
The brief form asks for your name, your email and what we're photographing. If you choose to add them, it also takes your company or brand, where and when the shoot might happen, where the images will run, a budget range and your message. If you write to studio@halide.studio, we get your email address and what it says. There is no account, newsletter or sign-up on this site.
What we use it for
To reply to you and, if we work together, to plan, quote and make the shoot. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share what you send.
Where it goes
When you send the form, this site passes your brief straight to the service that delivers it to our studio inbox, and keeps no copy of its own. That service and our email provider handle it on our behalf and only to deliver it. Our hosting provider keeps the usual short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses. Photographs and type are served from this site, not from third parties.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser remembers, for the current tab only, whether the opening animation already played and which project you just opened, and forgets both when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
Briefs stay in our inbox while the conversation or the project needs them. Ask us and we delete them.
Your choices
Write to studio@halide.studio to see what we have from you, correct it or have it deleted. We reply by email within two working days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority.
